Lily was born in 2018, I think.

Lily started life pretty rough. Her former owners mistreated their cats. They were known in the neighborhood for being cruel to animals, and none of Lily's family members survived their care. One day, a friend's child came over with a cat and asked if I could keep her at my apartment. They had rescued her from her owners.

The next day I took her to the vet to get her checked out. She didn't have an ID chip, and I assumed she hadn't been vaccinated either. So we got her microchipped and vaccinated, and gave her November 1st as her birthday.

She prefers pâté-style food, with tuna being her favorite flavor. She also occasionally gets squeezable treats in tuna flavor.

Beyond food, her interests include bird watching and curling up in a lap to be petted.
